Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Westchester Kitchen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit westchester.kitchen, request a quote or consultation, take our project survey, create an account, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
You only give us information when you choose to. Depending on which part of the site you use, that may include:
- Contact form. Our contact form is provided by GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship platform. What you enter there — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message — is submitted directly to our GoHighLevel account.
- Appointment booking. Booking a consultation uses a GoHighLevel scheduling calendar and records the details you provide along with your selected time.
- Project survey. If you complete the survey, it collects your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code, along with project details such as room types, style preferences, timeline, budget range, and any photographs you choose to upload.
- Account. Creating an account stores your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored in hashed form — we never see or store your password in readable form.
- Saved selections and quote requests. Products you save are stored against your account so you can return to them, and are used to prepare an estimate when you request one.
- Correspondence. Any information you include when you email us or reply to us.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site we record basic first-party analytics: the pages you view, the page or site that referred you, a randomly generated visitor identifier and session identifier, and an approximate location (country, region, and city) derived by our hosting provider from your network connection. See our Cookie Policy for how the identifiers are stored and how to remove them.
We do not run third-party advertising or marketing pixels on this site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and to prepare quotes, estimates, and design consultations;
- To manage your account and the selections saved to it;
- To contact you about a project, appointment, or request you have made;
- To operate, secure, and improve the website; and
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this business, and only so far as they need it to perform that service:
- GoHighLevel — our customer-relationship platform, which receives contact form submissions, booking requests, survey enquiries, and the estimates and invoices we send you;
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores accounts, saved selections, orders, and survey responses;
- Vercel — our website host, which serves the site and provides the approximate location data described above.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Westchester Kitchen is operated alongside a small group of affiliated kitchen and bath storefronts that share a common product catalog and a single administrative back office. Staff administering that back office may see enquiries and orders placed here, identified as belonging to Westchester Kitchen.
4. Payment information
This site is quote-first: you request an estimate rather than checking out. We do not collect or process card payments on this website, and no card details are entered here. Payment methods and terms are set out in the applicable estimate, invoice, order, or written agreement.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry, survey, account, and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us using the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
- Marketing. If we send you a marketing email you can unsubscribe using the link in that message, or by replying to ask us to stop.
- Analytics identifiers. You can clear the site's identifiers at any time by clearing cookies and site data for westchester.kitchen in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
- Account. You can ask us to close your account and remove your saved selections.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reputable service providers and industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
10. Contact us
