Terms of Use
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of westchester.kitchen and the features offered on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
Westchester Kitchen is a kitchen cabinet and design studio serving Westchester County and the surrounding area. This website is a catalog and enquiry tool: you can browse products, save a selection, take a project survey, book a consultation, and request a quote.
This site is quote-first. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a stated price, and submitting a request does not create a contract. Prices, availability, lead times, and payment terms are confirmed in a written estimate, invoice, order, or agreement.
2. Product information and price levels
We work to keep the catalog accurate, but product descriptions, specifications, images, finishes, and availability come in part from our suppliers and can change without notice. Colours and finishes shown on a screen are approximate and should be confirmed against a physical sample before you order.
Where the site shows a price level (a scale of one to five, displayed as dollar signs), that is a general indication of relative cost band only. It is not a quoted price. Actual pricing is provided in a written estimate.
We may correct errors, and change or discontinue products, at any time.
3. Quotes, estimates, and orders
- Saving products to a selection and submitting a request tells us what you are interested in. It does not reserve stock and does not set a price.
- An estimate we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to confirmation of measurements, site conditions, and product availability.
- Payment methods and terms are set out in the applicable estimate, invoice, order, or written agreement. No payment is taken through this website.
- Any cancellation, change, return, or restocking terms — including for special-order and custom items — are those stated in that estimate, invoice, order, or agreement.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the catalog or any part of the site;
- Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use; or
- Upload anything malicious, or content you do not have the right to share.
6. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the photographs, measurements, and project details you send us. You give us permission to use them for the purpose you submitted them — preparing your quote, design, or order — and you confirm you have the right to share them.
7. Our content
The site's text, layout, graphics, logos, and design are owned by us or our suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names, brand names, and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply. You may not reuse our content commercially without permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Parts of the site rely on third-party services, including embedded forms and scheduling provided by GoHighLevel. The site may also link to manufacturer websites. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the website itself. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty, guarantee, or other right that applies to goods or services under a separate written agreement between us, or that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This section applies to your use of the website; where a separate written agreement covers a project or order, the terms of that agreement control.
